Job Description:

This person will assist the City Code Enforcement Officer.

Their job will be to ensure compliance with "Nuisance Codes."

Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the Code Enforcement Department.

Those codes involve all things environmental: weeds, grass, trees and shrubs, junk, trash cans, etc.

Candidate Must Have Skills in:
-
Establishing and maintaining cooperative working relationships with coworkers and other individuals in contact during the course of work; following instructions.

Operating a personal computer utilizing standard software such as Microsoft Office and specialized software; functioning standard office equipment.

Interpreting laws, ordinances, codes and regulations.

Negotiation,

Oral and written communication skills.

Reading maps, plats, and drawings.
